Executive Coaching
Traditional executive coaching has limitations that don't account for individual developmental histories, unconscious conflicts, and interpersonal dynamics.
As a psychologist, I work to integrate a deeper, facilitated psychic understanding of the individual's personal and professional identities to enhance their performance and support them in the attainment of their goals.
Educational Advising
As a former undergraduate and graduate professor for over a decade and a clinical psychologist, I have a unique skillset to help educational leaders identify obstacles and dynamic patterns that impede progress towards diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning environments.
Clinical Supervision
As an experienced clinician, I provide clinical supervision to both early career and experienced licensed mental health professionals.
I utilize an integrative approach centered in a contemporary relational psychodynamic orientation. I believe this approach offers a deeply considered stance of the complex sociopolitical identities of my clients, as well as their dynamic personal histories and intergenerational narratives.
It is my intention to provide a holistic space for the many facets of my clients' lived experiences and their clinicians.
